I sell in the manner I would like to receive goods. Every transaction is given personal attention as for me business is personal and that is the only way to keep 100% satisfaction. Regular buyers are peroidically given personal discounts, not general ones, to thank them for their custom.

What I do:
:: Describe items exactly as they are with a condition rating. If there are marks on the CD, or the cover is damaged I will specifically say this, I am 100% honest and accurate as my feedback testifies.
:: Dispatch items same day as payment is made in 99% of cases.
:: Give accurate postages with discounts for multiple purhases, unlike some sellers who charge unjustifiable rates with no explanations.
:: Take contact seriously - I respond to all queries the same day, within the hour if possible.
:: Try to keep a set identify with a specific logo and colour scheme so you know quickly who you are buying from and the high service to expect.
:: Reward regular buyers with unadvertised personal discounts.
What I won't do:
:: Miss out relevant details on items to mislead/hide information from buyers. You have to wonder why some sellers don't mention the condition of their product.
:: Omit important details (such as the tracklisting of a CD) or whether the product is missing something.
:: Charge outrageous postage prices 'to cover time to go to and from the post office'. Anyone who charges more than £2 for UK CD postage or £3 for UK DVDs and Games postage should be questioned and I certainly won't follow such cost abusing tactics. Check the Royal Mail prices.
:: Charge you extra for paypal.
:: Spam you after buying from me, I may email you a maximum of once every 2 months if I am selling items that are similar to your last purchase but you are always completely entitled to remove yourself from such mailings. I respect privacy.
