:: What VIP discounts are offered: The following are some examples:
- Postage Discounts or FREE Postage
- A % off the final bill for multiple purchases
- A set amount off final bill for multiple purchases
- Credits for future purchaes.
:: How often are emails sent?: Emails are only sent during major sales, so typically it is once every 2 to 3 months. You will receive one email per sale, you will not be spammed as I respect privacy.
:: Where did you get my email from in the first place? After a sale is completed, eBay sends the seller the winning bidder's email address and postal address to post the item to.
:: How will/are my details used/stored? Your name, type of purchase, email address, regional location and purchase history are stored in an secure ACT! database only I have access to. Your details will never be passed on or sold to any other person or party and will only be used to email you when a sale is on. For example if you bought a CD, you will be emailed as part of the email that goes out to the 'CD Group' etc and that is all your details are used for.
:: Why can I not see any details of the discounts on the item listing? How will I get the discount? VIP Member discounts are via email only. You will get the discount when I send a special adjusted invoice at the end of the auction should you be the winner. I will know if I have sent you the discount offer as it will be marked on your record.
:: Can I be a member but not get emails? Like most discounts offered for loyality, only the persons receiving the email can ultilise them so if you do not want further emails you are best asking for your details to be removed and not to receive emails.
:: Can I leave the VIP Club and its mailings? You can leave the club at any time, simply be sending an email with the words VIP unsubscribe. Your details will then be removed from future listings.
