Final Message to the Group
Congratulations to Jono for winning the group and the trophy this year, a well deserved victory after a very successful year. Congrats to all the winners of the night and notaby Caron who yet again won the night, keeping her record of winning every Buzz night she has attended. Thank you to everyone who made the effort to dress up in uniform for the final night, this made for a fantastic 'class photo'.
It's the end of an eventful close to 2 year journey for many in this original group and I have to express my gratitude for your reliable attendance, great competitive gaming, willingness in the forfeit challenges and custome efforts over the 6/7 nights we've had together. Until the reunion...

The final night with all the group present was an emotional, crazy and a great climatic finish. The organisation of the challenges was even interspersed with touching moments between couples, when they those involved offered to take the brunt of the bat if needed. The group did the school theme proud with original school shirts, ties, skirts, tights and even a hockey stick and textbook being brought to the fore.
The School Quiz game posed no problems for the group and this was plowed through unabatetid. Ben & Caron raced against Matt & Kelly in 'Finger Me' and this was narrowly championed by Kelly. Next off Jo and Tam took to the bats and bashed their way through Jono and Tom's balloons in a frantic couple combat competition. Finally Kev was joined by Jono on the Limbo Dancer challenge proving a hilarious and volatile final forfeit.
Following the awards Jono made an emotional winners speech and the group said their final goodbyes.

The darker theme prevailed on this night with some seriously dark outfits coming out to play for Group A. There was intense action as Matt & Lauren stood off against Kev & Jo in Blind Gun Off and Jono teamed up with Tam against Tom & Kelly in Lightning Reaction. Jono's winning streak continued and with Tam he took overall night winner, and greatest forfeit. The most tension proved to be in the forfeit scoring, Jono & Tam both feeling robbed with their scores despite their 8-0 win.
The outfits on show were both ingenious and extensive with Tom & Tam taking the innovation prize for their efforts, but Lauren's glittery masks proved the most popular accessory of the night!

The first night for Group A this year and things got off to a fierce start with the new competitive style forfeits and two heavily fought Buzz games with the new Pop Quiz game. New members Tom & Tamara joined the group and showed they meant business from the start, Caron & Jono were the overall night winners and the most memorable forfeit came from Kelly & Tom.

Forfeit #1: 'Grab my Balls' - Matt & Tam -Vs- Tom & Kelly (Tam being scored).
The main memory of this was when all the balls had finally dropped off Jono, the cat fight that ensured between Kelly & Tam, crushing Jono's toes in the process. Score: 8+9+7+7 = 31 out of a possible 40 for Tam.
Forfeit #2: 'Headfirst' - Kev & Lauren - carried by Jono & Ben. Kev's famous 'leap of faith', quite possibly rib-cage damaging was the memorable start to this forfeit. Score: 9+7+9+8 = 33 out of a possible 40.
Forfeit #3: 'Banana Jumping' - Tom & Kelly. After recovering from Tom's initial 'floppy banana' this duo did the challenge proud completing jumping transfers of not one, not two but three banana's in succession.
Score: 10+10+10+10 = 40 out of a possible 40 for Tom & Kelly..
Forfeit #4: 'Tube war' - Jono & Caron -Vs- Matt & Tam (Jono & Caron being scored).
This challenge was over incredibly quick, while for Group B this took a good 7 minutes of tension, Matt & Jono both hit the mark first time. Although clearly Tam & Matt where the better team a they needed less directions... Score: 8+8+9+8 = 33 out of a possible 40 for Jono & Caron.
Forfeit #5: 'The Shocking Ball' - Ben & Jo -Vs- Jono & Caron (Ben & Jo being scored). With the exception of Ben this fun challenge saw all the people involved screaming like little girls! Score: 9+6+8+8 = 31 out of a possible 40 for Ben & Jo.
